Position Title: Bookkeeper - Contract Position

Wage: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

- Analyze and investigate financial documents, records and transactions to detect inconsistencies

- Audit financial data, identifying and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner

Requirements for Bookkeeper:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

- Proven experience in accounting, auditing or forensic bookkeeping

- Strong knowledge of accounting software, forensic tools and data analysis techniques

- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting complex findings clearly

- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks

- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

- High level of integrity and ethical decision-making

- Ability to think critically, analyze data patterns, and draw logical conclusions

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
