Responsibilities

• Wash dishware, flatware and kitchen cooking utensils in a timely manner.
• Maintain stock of clean dishes and flatware for dining room and cooks line.
• Wash rinse and sanitize pots and pans.
• dispose of trash into outside dumpster and clean trash cans.
• Maintain safe and clean working area.
