- Protects company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.
- Reviews video footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.
- Completes daily activity report and notes any pertinent facts.
- Monitors recording equipment and checks equipment operation.
- Notifies appropriate person when infractions, cheating, etc., are observed, including MGC agent on duty.
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Must pass math test (equations & conversions) prior to interview with a score of 75% or above.
- Six months of related experience and/or training preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
