Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate all construction activities effectively.
Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure efficient work flow and productivity.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly to maintain project progress.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.

The Successful Applicant
15+ years construction experience
5-10+ years as a lead superintendent
Multifamily construction experience
Ability to run jobs from start to finish
Willingness to do the work
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites
