About Our Client

This growing, family-owned construction company specializes in ground-up multifamily projects between $25M-$30M, seeking a candidate with experience running jobs from start to finish. They need a driven, hard-working individual who can aggressively manage schedules and serve as the face of the company. The role involves both on-site and office responsibilities with limited work-from-home options, and some travel depending on project locations. Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate all construction activities effectively.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure efficient work flow and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly to maintain project progress.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years construction experience
• 5-10+ years as a lead superintendent
• Multifamily construction experience
• Ability to run jobs from start to finish
• Willingness to do the work
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites
