Title - Recruiter

Location - Springfield, MO (Only Local)

Duration: 6-9+ Months contract

Client: Direct Client

Pay rate: $30-35/hr. on W2 (No C2C)

Minimum Work experience: 4+ Years

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, from entry-level individual contributors to Director-level roles, with varying complexity.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to set clear expectations, drive the hiring process, and deliver measurable results.
  • A process-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance recruiting practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adaptability to shifting business priorities, with a results-driven approach and a capacity to pivot quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop, measure, and optimize workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned client group by building strong relationships at all organizational levels. Partner with leaders to develop and implement innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles concurrently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize hiring needs and shape the talent pipeline using data-driven insights and strategic workforce planning.
  • Advocate for and implement simplified recruiting processes to create a world-class experience for both candidates and managers.
  • Actively champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring hiring practices support a dynamic and diverse workforce.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and negotiate offers that align with company values and business objectives.
  • Bring creative ideas and solutions to the recruiting team, contributing to process improvement and the overall development of recruitment best practices.
  • Support global talent acquisition strategies by refining processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Use data and experience to provide insights and guidance, influencing business decisions and recruitment strategies.
