We are currently assisting our client, an industry leader, with a Maintenance Manager search near Springfield, MO. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for day to day support, troubleshooting and problem solving focused on driving increased equipment uptime, and design of plant facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement throughout the facility
• Improve overall equipment effectiveness by implementing impactful solutions based upon the root causes of deficiencies
• Collaborate with maintenance and production on problem solving activities, cost reduction initiatives and performance efficiency improvement
• Research cost reduction ideas, evaluate feasibility, and propose lead idea generation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years Plant experience preferred
• Maintenance and Food Packaging experience is a plus
