Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to drive our sales efforts and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed. You will play a crucial role in identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and ultimately contributing to the growth of Bosovik Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and explain our coaching services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a coaching or consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
