• Develops strategies in support of the franchisor‘s business growth targets
• Strategy Management (Deployment, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation)

KRA 2: Strategy execution and team management

Lead and manage Franchise team to ensure proper implementation, correct strategy, coordination to achieve goals, with the highest efficiency in Franchise department activities.

• Franchise Business Model Development
• Market Research and Analysis
• Franchise Operations Management
• Reporting and Performance Evaluation
• Coordinating with other stakeholders

KRA 3: Franchise Partner Relationship Management

• Recruiting, managing, and training franchisees
• Franchise Partner Relationship Management

KRA 4: People management and compliance

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, real estate, architecture, business, finance and/or economics.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on real estate experience preferably within F&B, Retail, QSR industry. At least 3 years of working experience in the same role.
• Have a solid grasp of both Marketing and Finance.
• Highly effective communication, presentation, and listening abilities are essential for navigating company investment.
• Training on business strategy development/Profit management and financial analysis-related programs.
