JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: The Territory Sales Manager provides a competitive edge for Brakebush by driving sales and managing customer relationships located within their territory. Through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and a strong sales process, this front-line position promotes and secures new sales on our high-quality products. Their results are crucial to short-and long-term Regional Sales planning.
Territory: Missouri and surrounding areas.
Essential Functions: Territory Sales Managers serve two key management roles:

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment: This position involves driving on a regular basis to meet customers; desk/office work and food show environments.
Physical Demands: Long periods of sitting, driving, and walking. Some lifting during food/trade shows and product presentations (30 lb. lift requirement).
Travel: Almost daily travel within territory; minimum of 25% travel that includes overnights (outside of territory/state for regional and annual national sales meetings, conventions, food shows, etc.).
