You'll be the face of our brand in the field-helping partners elevate their operations, improve their image, and drive business results.

🌟 What You'll Do

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Support retailers in delivering a consistent, high-quality brand experience through training, coaching, and image compliance.
• Drive Retail Excellence: Help stores improve their performance by implementing best practices in merchandising, marketing, and customer service.
• Promote Growth: Encourage retailers to adopt promotional programs, loyalty initiatives, and credit card offerings to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Plan for the Future: Guide retailers in operational improvements and long-term planning to ensure sustainable success.
• Evaluate & Improve: Conduct image evaluations, facility assessments, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to implement business plans and promotional strategies.

🧠 What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales support, or a recent college graduate eager to grow in a sales career
• Strong understanding of numbers and basic finance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• A collaborative mindset and adaptability to different personalities
• Willingness to travel daily within your assigned region

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
