This position will engage with community members to identify barriers to care, provide education and navigation support, and strengthen connections between individuals, service providers, and community partners. This position will support initiatives that promote recovery, resilience, and overall well-being across the community. **This position is open until filled but applications received by August 25, 2025 are guaranteed review. Qualifications and Requirements Experience, Education, and TrainingAt least two years of college or vocational education in a Public Health Discipline or related field;ANDOne year of related work experience;Directly related work experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. Licensing/CertificationIf operating a motor vehicle during the course of performing job duties, must possess a valid Driver's License, and provide required liability coverage.
