The Ophthalmology Clinical Navigator - Premium Services manages the care continuum of patients electing premium IOLs/service within Ophthalmology. They are clinicians who provide support, mentorship, and guidance to those who evaluate cataract patients specific visual goals. The Premium Service navigator will guide premium lens candidates through the cataract evaluation touch points. The Navigator will ensure that all patients receive timely, safe, effective, and high-quality care. They coordinate the patients plan of care with the Optometric/ Ophthalmologist Team. The Navigator will set the expectations regarding premium service and serves as a resource for the evaluation team.
