The Acquisitions Lease Specialist will provide support and assistance to the Lease Administrators by coordinating and performing various administrative functions and preparing various legal documents. This role will also provide general clerical support for the legal department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Prepare, review, and revise lease documents for Lease Administrators to perform the acquisition of real property interests and construction of improvements, including, leases, lease exhibits, lease modifications/amendments, easements, memorandums of lease, and subordination and non-disturbance agreements. Review, organize, calendar and present collected information to Lease Administrators and various members of the real estate department on each file throughout the negotiation process, including obtaining critical timelines from internal departments for preparation of lease documents.
