Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work with business users in gathering functional requirements and preparing detailed test cases for Murex Functional streams (FO/MO/BO).
2. Prepare detailed Test cases/Test Closure Reports with evidences for every release cycle.
3. Participate in Running FIT/Regression/UAT Cycles.
4. Run/Monitor EOD batches at Murex Testing Environments, fix batch issues, and coordinate with SMEs to resolve issues.
5. Assist users during UAT Cycles to obtain sign-offs for user stories.
6. Prepare automation test suites for Murex Modules and execute automation test cases for all releases.
7. Follow defect management cycle for FIT/Regression/UAT release cycles.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of recent and consistent Murex implementation experience.
• Experience in at least one project involving greenfield implementation, legacy migration, or Murex upgrade.
• Good understanding of Murex 3.1 as a trading and risk management system.
• Broad understanding and interest in financial products, preferably Treasury and Fixed Income Products.
• Hands-on experience with Murex testing across modules including Front, Back, risk, collateral, and interfaces.
• Ability to write test cases and define acceptance criteria.
• Manual testing experience on Murex 3.1 is necessary.
• Experience with automation testing and Onyx is advantageous.
• Experience in BO, Market Risk, and Credit Risk is a plus.
