The starting pay for this position is between $15.75-$18.75 per hour depending on experience and availability!

DRG is looking for energized and motivated individuals who want to work for a fast growing company, with tons of opportunity for growth! As an Assistant Manager, you will support the restaurant and General Manager by managing shifts and assisting with administrative duties. In the absence of the General Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates to brand standards. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, a confident and professional demeanor, clear communication, excellent time management, and good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

What will YOU do?

• Understand and perform every job in the restaurant.
• Oversee team members and Shift Managers to ensure duties are completed and high-quality, safe food is served promptly and friendly.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and customers.
• Ensure all training and certifications are completed.
• Follow health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Support development of Shift Managers and future leaders.
• Assist with restaurant maintenance, hiring, onboarding, and financial management.

Are you Qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Current Health Card according to local requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
