Job Details

Interpret blueprints, drawing and measurements to plan layouts. Weld small and large components. Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors. Follow and enforce strict safety regulations, including always wearing appropriate PPE. Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. Examines weld for bead size, and other specifications. Ability to be in confined spaces. 60% code work. (ability to pass 6 G code test, pulse test, and ASME Certification) May perform other duties as assigned to help the rest of the Watson team. Qualifications Education High school diploma preferred but not required. Valid certification in welding from an accredited institution is preferred. Specialized Knowledge and Experience At least 3-5 years' experience fabricating and welding with the ability to weld with MIG, and TGAW stainless steel. Experience in ASME shop a plus.
