POSITION SUMMARY:
The Adjudication and Licensing Manager is responsible for oversight of the Premier Protection Plans adjudication and financial reporting of all WRFS (White River Financial Service), TMBC (Tracker Marine Boat Company), and Cabela's locations within the chain. The position also administers all state licensing for service plans and administration. Other job functions include remittance of protection and insurance plans and accuracy review of sold products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Investigates, evaluates, and resolves extended service claims.
Obtains supporting evidence and analyzes claim details to determine coverage eligibility.
Maintains regulatory certifications and licensure based on state requirements.
Files necessary reports to individual state audits as required for compliance on GAP and other protection plans.
Performs monthly audit and certification remittance to vendors.
Oversees changes and enhancements to PPP platform.
Reviews data sent to analytic vendor and acts as liaison between IT and After data sourcing.
Creates training material for PPP to distribute and teach TMBC/Cabela's sales and service departments.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Associate Degree
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Years of experience: 2 years related experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Ability to think analytically
Ability to comprehend state licensing requirements
Self-motivated to achieve targeted timelines
Advanced clerical and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
