The SPD Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost effective services for all areas requiring sterile processing support. Job Requirements Education Preferred: Associate's Degree Experience Required: 3 years of SPD experience Required: 1 year of leadership experience Skills Proven experience in Sterile Processing operations Strong leadership and problem solving skills Knowledgeable in regulatory aspects impacting SPD to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards.
