Customer Service Parts Specialists contribute to the companys success by providing OReilly store team members, Ozark Jobbers and internet retail customers with automotive product and application assistance. This would include parts look up, product interchange, and technical information. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Provide excellent Customer Service with accurate and consistent parts lookup and product information via phone calls, live messaging and email platforms. Utilize internal and external resources for OReilly Store and Ozark Jobber Accounts to source parts from. Read, comprehend and relay specifications, interchanges, application and technical product information back to OReilly Stores, Ozark Jobbers and Online Customers.
