Were looking for a driven, outgoing, and results-focused Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Texas. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base by introducing our workplace-focused solutions to mid-market and enterprise businesses across the region.

This is a true BD role, hunting for new roles and farming existing clients ideal for someone who thrives on building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. What Youll Do

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Uncover business needs and present creative, value-driven solutions for modern, hybrid workplaces
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and presentations to contract negotiations and closing
• Stay organized and accountable using internal CRM tools and sales processes
• Be resourceful and persistent in building strong connections and maintaining follow-ups
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of business development or B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a closing/outside sales role
• Proven success selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizations
• A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and pushing for results
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently across a large territory like Texas, while staying connected with the broader team
• Confident making cold calls and using multiple outreach strategies to reach decision-makers
• Passionate about delivering solutions that make the workplace better and more engaging

Location

Based in Texas this is a remote position with field-based responsibilities in your assigned territory.
