The Manager-in-Training (MIT) position is crafted for ambitious individuals who are motivated to take on leadership roles within the organization. This role is a key part of AO's leadership development path, designed to offer hands-on experience and in-depth trainingacross various facets of the business. The ultimate goal is to thoroughly prepare candidatesfor leadership by instilling the essential skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel asa manager. This includes :
