Location: Pembroke, NC Duration: 12 Month
The primary focus of this position is to set up projects in our ServiceNow project management module. In addition, the IT Project Manager applies skills as a seasoned, experienced technical project management professional with a full understanding of project management frameworks and methods, relevant policies, and procedures to resolve a wide range of issues. Demonstrates competency in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Manages projects of diverse scope, size, impact, budget and/or project team size. Responsible for the IT project plan, project schedule, budget, scope, status, requirements analysis, and issue management of the development and implementation of assigned projects. The incumbent serves as a single point of contact for large-scale, highly technical projects, coordinates meetings, drives tasks, and tracks and reports on project status, risks, and issues. The incumbent is accountable for capturing, compiling, tracking, managing, documenting, communicating and escalating status, issues, and risks.

PMP Certification Required 3 Years Experience as a Project Manager leading large enterprise IT projects. Required 3 Years Strong ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional (technical and business users) teams Required 3 Years High proficiency using Microsoft Project and ServiceNow to create and update project schedules Required 3 Years Analytical ability sufficient to understand user requirements and translate them into technical terms to develop quantitative status report Required 3 Years Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders and the technology leadership team about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
