This role focuses on identifying and securing new clients, leveraging your network and industry connections beyond inbound opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Hunting: Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with mid-market and enterprise organizations across sectors, with emphasis on Consumer (Retail, Logistics, Distribution).
  • Generate and develop business connections that lead to partnership opportunities.
  • Deliver BairesDevs differentiated value proposition tailored for prospective clients executive leadership.
  • Create enduring partnerships with prospective clients.
  • Project Management: Define project parameters, structure engagements, and formulate business solutions addressing client requirements to deliver target business results.
  • Organize, execute, and oversee lead development, sales initiatives, and opportunity pipelines to meet annual objectives.
  • Coordinate resources and align teams across solution architecture, UX, engineering, delivery, talent acquisition, and other groups through sophisticated sales processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in professional IT or software services sales.
  • Solid track record in technology consulting and services sales focused on acquiring new accounts.
  • Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing mid-market and Enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the sector, including major participants, approaches, structures, operational models, market segments, requirements, and challenges.
  • Data-driven sales methodology emphasizing relationship initiation and development.
  • Thorough knowledge of software platforms and data solutions in the sector.
  • Ability to present persuasive proposals tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Internally driven with an outcome-focused mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Native English speaker or full English fluency.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
