Description:

Assist Program/ Project Managers with meeting minutes, meetings scheduling, conference room support and setup, video conferencing, large planning sessions, formal project planning sessions. Keep project information updated in the enterprise project management system and dashboard updates. Perform administrative duties for enterprise portfolio/project management system. Perform administrative closure in programs/projects. Perform administrative set-up of all new projects following the project management framework. Manage capturing corporate-wide capitalization hours. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: A minimum of 18 months combination experience in administrative support and or project management experience. Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational skills. Must be able to manage and complete tasks. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
