ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily enters manual Labor delay information and throwbacks for order selectors
in the computer; computes and applies maintenance in accordance with the
proper start time; and order daily and weekly Labor reports.
2. Maintains the Labor personnel file for all warehouse union employees in terms of
break schedule, shift, department, effective date, address and phone numbers.
3. Updates Excel spreadsheet with daily Labor PPH, Selection Summary and
delays.
4. Issues and tracks discipline based on the Work and Safety General Rules
specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
5. Issue and track discipline based on the daily/weekly average in accordance with
the 90/100% standard with the guidelines specified in the Production Agreement.6. Perform duties to update Production Incentive into spreadsheet for payout.
7. Delivers and retrieves mail and receiving documents.
8. Enters absentee occurrences into the Access Attendance database, administers
discipline per the union contract. Enters vacations for all warehouse union
employees, provides reports for Supervision. Tracks FMLA hours and D.I.F.
occurrences. Tracks Extended Leave occurrences.
9. Payroll duties - ADP time keeping system - manual time clock entries for all
warehouse union employees. Enters all hours for FMLA, vacations, holidays.
Department transfers and maintenance. Maintains the accrual buckets for
vacations and holidays. Schedule changes. Job bid 3-4 times a year make all
schedule changes. Communicates any ADP changes needed with H.R.
Processes all manual payroll authorizations and pre-paid week vacations and
sends them to K.C. Record & process incentive pay for union employees.
10. Weekly Vacation Replacement Report; sends wage changes to H.R.
11. Performs other warehouse clerical duties as assigned and covers for other
warehouse clerical positions as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, training and experience providing the following
knowledge, skills and abilities.
EXPERIENCE SKILL LEVEL: Computer literacy, record keeping and filing systems and
standard English usage. Key punches accurately at the rate of 150 kpm, communicate
both verbally and in writing, and perform immediate mathematical calculations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Perform bending, squatting, and reaching from floor
level. Must be able to sit for a duration of two hours for data entry. Must be able to lift
up to twenty-five pounds.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoors. Must be alert to the safety hazards of warehouse traffic.
