What You'll Do

Our client is looking for a talented Lead Project Manager to join their team. The Lead Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of highly complex software projects. This role ensures all project requirements are clearly defined, timelines are met, and deliverables align with organizational goals. The Lead Project Manager coordinates cross‑functional teams and consultants, guiding them through each project phase to ensure quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project plans, defining and overseeing test plans and validation scenarios, and ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements. This position also provides leadership to other Project Managers within the IT department, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across all projects.

Required Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Highly competent in use of MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with business diagram tools like MS‑Visio.
• Relational database experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration with an emphasis in management information systems or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Certification in project management, Agile PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
