How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and inspire a team of procurement specialists to achieve strategic goals
• Implement sourcing strategies that align with global and regional business objectives
• Collaborate across departments to support project-based procurement needs
• Optimize supplier relationships and contract terms for long-term value
• Monitor procurement performance and report key metrics to drive improvement
• Support inventory management and process optimization initiatives
• Champion talent development and succession planning within the SCM team
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in SCM, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain teams
• Proficiency in SAP (5+ years required); Ariba and ISNetworld experience a plus
• APICS certification and MBA preferred
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
