Job Summary
The In Resort PSS Leader will lead a resort-based PSS team and be responsible for executing the PSS strategy through operational excellence, workforce management, and standardized service delivery. The role reports directly to the Regional Director and supports the GM/COO and/or Skier Services leader. The leader will focus on scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, development, labor optimization, daily operations, and guest service de-escalation. Regular communication with the Regional Director will ensure continuous improvement in strategy execution.

The pay range for this role is $52,000 - $60,905 annually, based on various factors.
