Develop, prospect, manage and grow new AMIE business opportunities for AMAX.
Manage sales cycles from lead qualification to opportunity conversion
Create and maintain pipeline and account reports
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers, as necessary
Contribute and maintain a thorough understanding of the processes, technology, products and services offered
Coordinate, collaborate and strategize across marketing, technical and sales engineering, and supply chain teams
Provide feedback (customer/prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to marketing management teams
Keep up with product, market and industry knowledge
Proactively participate the plans with Management to grow AMAXs customer base and global market size including but not limited to the tradeshows, customer visits, sales strategies review, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
5+ years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Ability to sell and influence people
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
