Role Description: Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure an outstanding client experience for internal stakeholders and our fintech Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments partners. Reporting to a Senior Program Manager, you will facilitate project planning, execution, and completion within deadlines, supporting communication and coordination across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external partnership projects, including onboarding and expansion efforts
 - Track and report on project milestones, requests, and ongoing activities using various management tools
 - Create and manage Asana spaces, including processes, workflows, and stakeholder training
 - Oversee content governance and change management for external materials
 - Develop and maintain partnership metrics and reporting
 - Communicate project expectations and timelines effectively
 - Collaborate on project requirements, scope, and time estimates
 - Prioritize workloads and support team activities to meet milestones
 - Assist in partner meetings with documentation and logistics
 - Provide regular status updates and develop onboarding programs for new hires
 - Participate in team initiatives to achieve departmental goals
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
 - 0-2 years of project or program management experience
 - Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus
 - Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, GSuite, Confluence, or quick learner
 - Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills
 - Ability to work autonomously in a fluid environment
