Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a mid-sized, modern machine shop that combines the close-knit feel of a smaller team with the resources and benefits of a larger organization. This role offers exposure to a wide range of processes and technologies, with strong potential for career growth both locally and at other company locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce setup/cycle times
- Support CAD/CAM activities and ensure process documentation is accurate
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes, GD&T, and precision measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
