Shift Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2 pm‑10 pm

Compensation
Starting wage: $18.50–$22.00 per hour
We Are Looking For Someone Like You
- Advocate of Empathy: responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Patient Observer: discover residents' interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
- Master of the Mise en Scène: responsible for setting the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and residents' rooms for routines.
- Life Partner: partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
- Excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
- Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude; love residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop; lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
