Foreman, Leadman And Laborers

Local and established waterproofing and foundation repair company in Springfield, Missouri seeking full time employment for Foreman, Leadman and Laborers. Starting pay is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00 per hour when promoted to a Foreman. Class E required for all Foreman (can obtain after employed). Foreman in Training program for new hires if qualified. This opportunity is a great chance to start a career with a growing organization.

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Manual digging and lifting 80-100 pounds.
• Available to work long hours and occasional Saturdays.
• Concrete labor/Moving concrete.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Pass Background Check

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays at needed)
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime available
