As part of our team, you'll be the primary point of contact for the families we serve. Your role is to educate clients about their benefits, answer their questions, and provide guidance that helps them make confident decisions about their coverage.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
Guide clients through their benefit options, claims, and updates with professionalism and empathy
Clearly explain coverage details in a simple, relatable way
Work with leadership to improve onboarding and client experience initiatives
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and service needs
Participate in regular training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Friendly, compassionate, and service-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
Organized, proactive, and motivated to grow
Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is an asset (but not required)
