Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Plus On-Call Rotation

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
• Communicate effectively with customers and your team to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform detailed inspections and maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain equipment and trucks, ensuring job readiness at all times.
• Enter job data and contribute to essential process improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent jobs, demonstrating your reliability and eagerness to meet our clients' needs promptly.

What You Bring

• 2+ years industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license (Class E within 30 days)
• Ability to pass background & drug screen
• Comfortable with physical, fast-moving work (lifting 50–100 lbs)
