Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Our Second Shift Commercial Flooring Team plays a key role in that mission, using advanced equipment and techniques to clean carpet, hard surfaces, and upholstery in commercial spaces across the region.

We're hiring dependable, hands-on people who want to join a hardworking, supportive crew that takes pride in a job well done. There are two types of roles available - both essential, both rewarding.

???? Technician

If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing quality work, this is the perfect place to start. You'll learn from experienced Crew Chiefs, use top-quality equipment, and build a long-term career doing meaningful, hands-on work.

Pay: $19–$23/hour

You'll Succeed If You:

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Enjoy physical, hands-on work
• Have a valid driver's license and clean record
• Are dependable and willing to learn
• Can lift and move equipment safely

What You'll Do:

• Clean and care for commercial floors using professional-grade tools
• Support your crew and help complete jobs on time and to high standards
• Learn specialized cleaning and restoration skills through paid training

???? Crew Chief

If you're a leader who thrives on teamwork and wants to guide others toward success, this is your chance to step up. As a Crew Chief, you'll lead a 2–8 member crew each evening, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Woodard's standards.

Pay: $22–$28/hour

You'll Succeed If You:

• Communicate clearly and lead with humility
• Have an eye for detail and take pride in your work
• Are organized and confident managing a team
• Can obtain a Missouri Class E license (to drive a commercial cargo van)

What You'll Do:

• Lead crews cleaning carpet, hard surfaces, and upholstery
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship
• Oversee job quality and client satisfaction
