What Youll Do

• Learn and follow established procedures to maintain accurate product and supply chain data.
• Enter and update product information including packaging details, nutritional data, marketing features, and images.
• Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across internal systems.
• Maintain documentation and records in SharePoint and TraceGains.
• Support internal teams such as Sales, R&D, Customer Service, and Regulatory with product data requests.
• Build strong working relationships through clear, timely communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Grow your knowledge of Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) standards through training and hands?on experience.

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing, compliance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas.
