Job Description

• Directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team.
• Planning and preparing teamwork schedules.
• Coaching and training.
• Implementing 4M standards.
• Ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Resolving client issues.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Hands-on cleaning alongside your teammates.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel between sites.
