ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do: • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads).
• Develop engaging content: graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media assets.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and track performance.
• Monitor analytics, report results, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly in real estate and tech.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: • 2-5 years of marketing experience in real estate, tech, or hybrid industries.
• Strong skills in social media, content creation, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Follow Up Boss, Google Business Profile, or similar.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaigns and improve performance.
• Organized, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Bonus Skills: • SEO, blog writing, and CRM automation experience.
• Experience with real estate lead generation and conversion strategies.
