Apply to this 1st shift Production opportunity in Springfield, MO today!/ppProduction Responsibilities:/pulliCut out various sized pieces of siding and Styrofoam and overlay them in a thin wire mesh/liliOverlay the shapes with concrete/liliPaint the product using specialized paint/liliUse basic machine operations to cut and trim the pieces/liliMake siding for houses and business using the various shapes/liliBase coat all shapes/liliAssist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory/liliPerform regular stock checks and help with inventory audits/liliAccurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring the correct products and quantities are prepared/liliAssist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring products are properly handled to prevent damage/liliPrepare shipping documentation and labels/liliInspect incoming products for damage or defects, ensuring only high-quality items are stored or shipped/liliConduct routine checks to ensure all products meet standards for quality and finish/liliSafely operate warehouse equipment pallet jacks, and other machinery, to transport materials and products/liliMaintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency/liliFollow all safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment/liliAdhere to all regulatory compliance standards related to material handling, equipment operation, and warehouse protocols/li/ulpRequirements for Production:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPrior warehouse or material handling experience preferred/liliAbility to operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)/liliStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality/liliAbility to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs)/liliExcellent organizational and time-management skills/liliStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment/liliExperience with inventory management software is a plus/liliAbility to stand for extended periods/liliFrequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials up to 50 pounds/liliWork in varying temperatures, as warehouse conditions may fluctuate/li/...@qpsemployment.com IND061/p/div
