Job Summary:
We are seeking a Janitor to maintain a clean and safe environment for our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, disposing of trash, recycling materials, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, floors
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and report repair needs
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Work in various weather conditions when required.

Salary: $18 - $21 an hour
