Merrill Gardens - - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.; Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception); Follow state caregiver training/certification requirements.; Provide compassionate, respectful care while ensuring resident dignity and safety.
