Due to growth, they are looking for Plant Managers at both of their facilities, these are two separate positions.

Reports to: Director of MFR.

Facilities: 2 separate positions. 1 facility in St. Louis (130 Headcount), 2nd ~1 hour west (100 headcount).

Direct Reports: Production Managers, Maintenance Manager, Receiving/shipping.

Target Candidate:

• Prior food industry plant operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• USDA experience.
