Employment Type: Part-Time (28 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Campus Operations
· Staff the front desk during scheduled hours, serving as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors
· Greet and direct students to appropriate staff members and offices
· Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and discretion
· Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
· Assist students with routine questions or concerns and escalate issues appropriately
Admissions & Prospective Student Support
· Greet prospective students upon arrival and notify admissions staff
· Provide campus tours as needed, accurately representing Wellspring programs, culture, and expectations
· Support admissions operations during peak enrollment periods
Administrative & Operational Support
· Complete daily administrative tasks to ensure student clinic reports, receipts, and required documentation are submitted to the corporate office in a timely manner
· Assist with new student start preparation, including document preparation, organization, and coordination with campus teams
· Support document digitization, record organization, and file management processes
· Print and mail transcripts and diplomas at the request of campus management
· Provide general administrative support to Campus Leadership as assigned
Campus Retail & Student Engagement
· Support daily operations of the campus bookstore, including sales transactions, inventory organization, and basic merchandising
· Serve as Chair of the Student Activities Committee, assisting in planning, coordinating, and promoting student engagement activities and events
· Collaborate with staff to support campus culture initiatives, student recognition, and community-building efforts

· Contribute ideas for improving front-office workflows, student experience, and campus operations
· Maintain accurate records and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive student information

Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Strong computer literacy is required; candidates without demonstrated computer proficiency will not be considered
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to learn and navigate student information systems and internal databases
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in higher education administration, career education, or academic office environments
· Background in customer service, front-desk operations, or sales
· Proficiency in Canva for basic design, signage, or campus communications (preferred but not required)
· Experience supporting student engagement initiatives or campus events
