Position Overview
Weare seeking a professional and organized Part-Time Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role involves front-desk responsibilities, administrative support, and customer service duties.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • File and organize documents (physical and electronic)
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare reports, forms, and basic correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Customer Service Duties
  • Greet customers in person or over the phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary
  • Process orders, applications, or service requests
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Provide product or service information
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of clerical or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
