Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Tree Trimmer, located in Springfield, MO. The Tree Trimmer will be responsible for trimming and maintaining trees, tree climbing, identifying tree health issues, and working to ensure the safety and aesthetics of properties. Daily tasks will include operating equipment, performing pruning, removing trees as necessary, and maintaining a high standard of care for all tree-related projects. You will be expected to collaborate with a team and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Skills in Tree Service and Trimming
• Tree Climbing proficiency and experience with safety equipment
• Knowledge of Tree Identification and tree health assessment
• Understanding of tree care principles and techniques
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Previous experience in arboriculture or a related field is advantageous
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
