Production / Bagging Machine Operator
Location: Joplin, MO

Adecco is hiring for Production / Bagging Machine Operators in Joplin, MO! This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and are looking for long-term employment with steady hours and overtime potential.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday

• Occasional 8-hour shift on Fridays

• Overtime available (40–60 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Operate a bagging machine to fill and seal phosphate bags

• Stack and palletize filled bags for shipment

• Monitor equipment and ensure product quality

• Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and maintaining work areas

• Work with the team to keep production running smoothly

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Reliable attendance and strong work history

• Steel-toed boots required

Work Environment:

• Industrial setting that is hot, dusty, and physically demanding

• Hot in the Summer, Cold in the Winter

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
