We're seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality Coordinator who is dedicated to upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.

As a Food Quality Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station throughout your shift.
• Accurately following prep sheets and recipes.
• Validating food quality and confirming the accuracy of orders.
• Monitoring food product levels during shifts and communicating needs effectively.
• Adhering to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards and understanding product rotation processes.
• Upholding high cleaning and sanitation standards at all times.
• Effectively communicating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fostering teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues.
