Reliable Toyota is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead our high-volume service department. This key leadership role is ideal for a proven dealership service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of a high-volume Toyota service operation
  • Drive a best-in-class customer experience with a strong focus on CSI and customer retention
  • Actively engage with customers to resolve concerns and build long-term relationships
  • Coach, develop, and motivate service managers, advisors, and technicians
  • Improve employee productivity, morale, and accountability
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow profitability
  • Continuously raise the bar on CSI, efficiency, and overall department performance

Qualifications
  • Previous dealership Service Manager experience required (Toyota experience preferred)
  • Proven success managing a high-volume service department
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial objectives
  • Experience driving CSI improvement and sustained profitability
  • High-energy, organized, and results-driven leadership style
