Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.; Plan, execute, and maintain floor sets, window installations, and overall visual environment to maintain brand aesthetic.; Develop associates through feedback, coaching, and training to drive guest engagement and service standards.; Manage product replenishment, placement, and mannequin styling to optimize visual presentation and store atmosphere (scent, music, layout).; Perform opening and closing procedures and uphold loss prevention practices while communicating with the executive team.
